About Mike

Mike McTeer was born in Selma California, grew up working on a ranch from the age of 12, and worked 25 years as a heavy civil construction superintendent before deciding to spend his time painting for a living.  He is currently splitting his time each year between two houses – one in Long Beach, California, and the other on Kanab, Utah, spending as much time as he can with Tana, the animals, enjoying the outdoors, and creating his art.
